For personalized puzzles created using customer-provided images:

The customer retains ownership of the original image.
However, the final puzzle design, layout, and physical product format created by The Thinking Shelf remain our intellectual property and are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial distribution of these personalized puzzles is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Actions
